Yingzi Gene used its self-developed ATAC-seq Library Building Kit to construct ATAC libraries from various types of frozen tissue samples. The results indicate that the Yingzi Gene ATAC-seq Library Building Kit consistently produces stable libraries with typical characteristic peaks in the library profiles.

2.3 Outstanding Performance, Excellent Results Achieved with as Few as 100 Cells
Yingzi Gene used its self-developed ATAC-seq Library Building Kit to construct ATAC libraries with different cell inputs. The results indicate that even with sample sizes as low as 100 cells, the quality of downstream data remains excellent, and the TSS enrichment results demonstrate significant enrichment at transcription start sites. IGV visualization results show a high consistency in peaks between 100 cells, 500 cells, and 50,000 cells.
