Targeted Genotyping

Genotyping by Target Sequencing Technology refers to the technology for capturing and sequencing specific genetic variations in the genome and for high-throughput typing. Traditional Genotyping by Target Sequencing Technology is based on the principle of molecular hybridization for capturing, sequencing and typing SNP variations. Yingzi Gene has independently developed the Genotyping by Target Sequencing Technology based on CRISPR/Cas system, which enables the detection of various genetic variations, including SNP, CNV and InDel, featuring precise target locus capture, low background noise and simple NGS library building, etc.

The Pig 80K Functional Variants Genotyping Array integrates the latest achievements in porcine genome research, covering genomic enhancer, promoter, critical loci in the coding region, as well as important loci identified in the research on porcine GWAS, QTL and candidate genes. The chip includes over 80,000 functional loci that have a significant impact on gene expression.

The Chicken 80K Functional Variants Genotyping Arraycomprises over 80,000 genetic variations with significant functional effects. Combined with our self-developed liquid-phase high-precision capturing and sequencing technology, it can be flexibly applied in genome breeding and scientific research.
