The Chicken 80K Functional Variants Genotyping Array, the site design integrated the latest results of chicken functional genome research, comprehensive consideration of genome regulatory elements, evolutionary conservation, haplotype representation, polymorphism, genome distribution and other characteristics, carefully selected more than 80,000 genetic variants with biological functions, so as to maximize the effective information content of genome chip. Combined with the self-developed liquid phase accurate capture and sequencing technology, it provides a new tool for chicken genome research and breeding applications.
