The Pig 80K Functional Variants Genotyping Array integrates the latest achievements in porcine genome research, covering the most representative and functionally significant mutation loci located in key functional regions such as enhancers, promoters, coding regions, and evolutionarily conserved regions in the pig genome. The chip includes over 80,000 functional mutation loci that play a significant role in gene expression, protein structure, and function. Locus typing is performed using our proprietary high-precision capturing sequencing technology, with an accuracy rate of over 99% and a detection rate exceeding 98%.
