Development of genomic prediction algorithms and software

HiBLUP series are designed to address the big data computation in genomic breeding, including core algorithms, prototype middle platform, and breeding platforms.

The core algorithm products are fully self-developed without relying on any third-party software package, and not subject to any breeding computation patents both at home and abroad. Composed of genomic selection and breeding calculation, it is the only software currently available for genomic breeding calculation and suitable for genetic research in both animals and plants. 

The prototype middle platform encapsulates the core algorithm products, designed for easy integration with breeding farm information management software. It offers genotype data management and genomic breeding computation services, which is suitable for genetic research in animals and plants as well as applications in breeding industry.

The breeding platform is an all-in-one service solution for pig breeding farm information management and genomic selection and breeding. The main functions include pig farm information management, genomic breeding computation and analysis, as well as selection and breeding guidance, specifically covering daily production process management and statistics for pig breeding farms, individual phenotypic and dynamic trait collection, breeding program setting, and selection and breeding guidance.
